1. Introduction
Welcome to Bullet Timepieces LLC. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website or services.
2. Definitions

4. Account Registration
To use certain features of our website, you may need to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
5. Buying Watches
Product Descriptions: We strive to provide accurate descriptions of the watches we sell. However, we do not warrant that the descriptions are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. All watches are sold as-is.
Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping and handling charges, which will be added to your total invoice amount.
Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in the description or price of the product, or errors in your order.
Payment Methods: We accept Zelle, wire transfer, and escrow for secure transactions. Payment must be received and verified before shipping.
6. Selling, Trading, and Consignment
Evaluation: Watches submitted for sale, trade, or consignment will be evaluated by our experts. We reserve the right to refuse any watch for any reason.
Offers: Offers made for your watch are valid for a limited time as specified in the offer (typically 7 days). If you accept our offer, you agree to transfer ownership of the watch to us.
Payment: Payment for watches sold to us will be made via Zelle, wire transfer, or check as agreed upon during the transaction process. Payment is typically processed within 24-48 hours of receiving and verifying the watch.
Consignment Terms: Consignment terms, including commission rates and duration, will be discussed and agreed upon on a case-by-case basis before the watch is listed for sale.
7. Returns and Refunds
Return Policy: All sales are final. Watches are sold as-is with no returns accepted. We encourage thorough communication, detailed photography, and transparency before purchase to ensure complete confidence in your decision.
Exceptions: In the rare event that a watch arrives significantly different from its description due to our error, we will work with you to resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds: Given our no-return policy, refunds are not provided except in cases of verified seller error or misrepresentation.
8. Authenticity Guarantee
We guarantee the authenticity of every watch we sell. Each timepiece is verified for authenticity before sale. If a watch purchased from Bullet Timepieces LLC is determined to be counterfeit by a qualified third-party authenticator, we will provide a full refund upon return of the watch.
9. Sourcing Services
Sourcing Requests: We offer custom sourcing services to locate rare, hard-to-find, and exclusive watches. Sourcing timelines vary based on availability and rarity.
No Guarantee of Availability: While we make every effort to locate requested watches, we do not guarantee that any specific watch can be sourced.
Sourcing Fees: There are no upfront fees for sourcing. Our fee is included in the final purchase price if you choose to buy the watch we source.
10. Shipping and Delivery
Domestic Shipping: We offer free overnight shipping via FedEx or UPS, fully insured, within the Continental United States. Signature and photo ID are required upon delivery.
Hand Delivery: Hand delivery is available for local clients by appointment.
International Shipping: International shipping is available for select countries. Buyers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and fees. Contact us before purchase to confirm availability and terms.
Risk of Loss: Risk of loss and title for all watches pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
11. Warranty and Repairs
Warranty: Watches sold by Bullet Timepieces LLC are sold as-is with no manufacturer warranty unless explicitly stated in the product listing. Some watches may still be covered under the original manufacturer's warranty if applicable and transferable.
Repairs: We do not provide repair services. We recommend contacting an authorized service center for repairs or maintenance.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bullet Timepieces LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
(i) your use or inability to use our services;
(ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein;
(iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services;
(iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our services by any third party;
(v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the services; and/or
(vi) the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party.
13. Independent Dealer Status
Bullet Timepieces LLC is an independent dealer of pre-owned luxury watches. We are not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by any watch brand or manufacturer, including but not limited to Rolex, Audemars Piguet, Panerai, Omega, Patek Philippe, or Vacheron Constantin.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
15. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
